The procurement of the latest Bernicia Homes Stock Investment Framework has now been successfully completed, with two partner contractors selected.

The nine month process involved a rigorous procurement and selection process overseen and managed by Cohesion, working closely with Bernicia Homes technical services team.

Procuring the five year framework required close co-operation and liaison to ensure that OJEU legislation, government guidelines and Bernicia’s own in house requirements were met at all times.
