Martin spent three years as Client Cost Consultant to Linklaters, One Silk Street, London. The projects included:

• Essential Infrastructure Works – Seven separate utility projects within the large office complex. Martin also provided Expert Witness evidence in a (later to be successful) claim against the incumbent landlord.
• Architectural Enhancement Works – High spec City office upgrade including offices, meeting rooms, data upgrade, auditorium, restaurant, leisure, gym, training centre, IT/Data renewal, wellbeing and reception areas.

These were carried out whilst maintaining fully operational Lawyer offices and support facilities.
