Lily Thomas Court is being developed, constructed and certified to Passivhaus standards with an emphasis on providing affordable, highly sustainable social housing.

As part of the ECO-RES team, an independent, fully integrated project design and procurement service we consider the Lily Thomas scheme to be an exciting opportunity to set the standard for sustainable social housing in the future.

The project involves the construction of 21, 3 bedroom, 5 person houses on a remediated site in Manchester.
