Cohesion are currently providing Cost Consultancy services as part of the team redeveloping the former Berendsen Laundry at Neville’s Cross, Durham into luxury student accommodation.

The development, being carried out on behalf of County Properties Ltd, will comprise of 274 high quality en-suite studio bedrooms across six attractive blocks. Due to be completed in summer 2018 and designed to achieve a BREEAM Outstanding classification we believe it will be one of the leading student accommodation developments in the UK.

Cohesion are providing a full Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying service and have been involved with the project since feasibility and inception. Working closely as part of the ECO-RES team, an independent, fully integrated project design and procurement service we continue to look forward to the successful completion of the development.
