The new student residential project at the former Berendsen laundry site, Neville’s Cross, Durham is now progressing.

Keepmoat Regeneration are acting as the Main Contractor and have commenced ground works for the scheme which is due for completion in the Summer 2018.

Cohesion are providing Cost Consultancy services on the project for their Client, County Properties Ltd.
